Items under $100 with a receipt can be directly returned to the cashier, while larger or special order returns may be processed at the service counter and could involve a restocking fee.

Returns
Cash or bankcard returns with a receipt and less than $100 (up to 6 items) may be taken directly to the cashier for refund. All others must be taken to the service counter. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
Discontinued Products
For full refund, a customer must return the item within one year of the purchase date and return must be accompanied by a receipt. After one year, the refund will be prorated according to the current value for which we might sell the product. The only exception will be merchandise involving defects or warranty problems. These will be exchanged or refunded according to warranty.
Defective Merchandise Returns
Merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt for cash or exchange of product.
Other Returns
Please speak with a sales representative for policies in returning certain pipe, wire products, and special orders. Some returns or special orders may assess a restock fee.
