Active duty, reserve, retired and medically discharged military personnel are eligible for 10% off their purchases on the following holiday: Veteran's Day
Must show valid Military ID at the time of purchase. Offer is good for purchase of in-stock merchandise only, up to $500 (maximum discount $50.)
Some items may not qualify for discount. Offer not redeemable for cash and is non-transferrable. Not valid on sales of gift cards, previous sales, closeouts, special order items, or in-store specials. This offer does not apply to Grover Electric & Plumbing charge account purchases.
All transactions are subject to supervisor approval.

Cash or bankcard returns with a receipt and less than $100 (up to 6 items) may be taken directly to the cashier for refund.
All others must be taken to the service counter.
Returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
For full refund, a customer must return the item within one year of the purchase date and return must be accompanied by a receipt.
After one year, the refund will be prorated according to the current value for which we might sell the product.
The only exception will be merchandise involving defects or warranty problems. These will be exchanged or refunded according to warranty.
Defective Merchandise Returns
Merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt for cash or exchange of product.
Please speak with a sales representative for policies in returning certain pipe, wire products, and special orders.
Some returns or special orders may assess a restock fee.
