This gift card is redeemable for retail merchandise sold by G&G Electric and Plumbing Distributors, Inc. at its retail stores at the time of use.
The gift card is not returnable or redeemable for cash except as required by law.
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or honored without the original receipt or other proof of purchase satisfactory to G&G Electric and Plumbing Distributors, Inc.
The maximum amount of this gift card shall not exceed $250.00.
Returns
Cash or bankcard returns with a receipt and less than $100 (up to 6 items) may be taken directly to the cashier for a refund. All others must be taken to the service counter. A receipt must accompany returns.
Discontinued Products
For a full refund, a customer must return the item within one year of the purchase date and be accompanied by a receipt. After one year, the refund will be prorated according to the current value for which we might sell the product. The only exception will be merchandise involving defects or warranty problems. These will be exchanged or refunded according to the warranty.
Defective Merchandise Returns
A receipt for cash or exchange of product must accompany the merchandise.
Other Returns
Please speak with a sales representative about policies for returning certain pipe, wire products, and special orders. Some returns or special orders may incur a restocking fee.
